Questions you might have
Can I use Zyden to check someone else?
No. Zyden is strictly for individuals auditing their own digital footprint with consent. We don’t support background checks, stalking, or surveillance use cases.
Will you login to my accounts or read my messages?
No. We operate primarily on public information. If you choose to share screenshots or data for context, that’s strictly optional and handled confidentially.
Is this legal in my country?
We work only with publicly available data and your explicit consent. If something appears borderline in your jurisdiction, we err on the side of leaving it out.
Do you guarantee that negative content will be removed?
We can’t control platforms or publishers. What we do is give you realistic strategies: platform processes, privacy settings, edits, and mitigation options. In some cases, reducing visibility is more realistic than deletion.
How long do you store my information?
We keep working data only as long as needed to deliver and support your report. Reports may be anonymised for internal product learning, never sold to third parties.
